In a press release in an article in the People and Computers magazine, Synel updated that it has completed the implementation of a dedicated system for the hotel industry in 10 Israeli hotels.

Synel’s solution integrates systems in the areas of employee absorption, attendance reports, salary calculations, work arrangements and business optimization amongst other things, including the working portfolio management solution, salary data analysis and an advanced presence system based on the Harmony system web interface from Synel,  In addition powerful tools for calculating salaries per hour in accordance with the hotel industry’s collective bargaining agreement, also  a work arrangement module that allows employees to be assigned for weekly shifts  including an alert to a non-compliant inlay and the possibility of blocking non-compliant reporting, dynamic hourly reporting according to profit centers according to the actual working hours of the various departments and the  possibility of working with multiple calendars depending on the nature of the employee as well as automatic alerts to executives about working hours exception that are not in accordance with the law and pension clearing capabilities.
