Synel is pleased to announce that the Argentine National Justice Authority (Ministry of Justice) has chosen Synel’s complete workforce management software for managing the employee attendance in the Justice Authority, whose main office is located in Buenos Aires.
The project, which had been initiated by Miatech, SRL and is being implemented by its successor Viartec, SA, Synel’s distributor in Argentina, currently serves about 1000 employees, and is intended to eventually manage the entire staff of the Ministry, about 20000 employees.
The solution consists of biometric fingerprint terminals for attendance registration, and attendance management system, for which Harmony and its WEB module are used, which enable managers to log in, correct employees’ data and generate various reports, including follow up reports.
The system also includes a scheduling module used for hourly employees that work according to a fixed roster. It is the first time that the Justice Authority has implemented a system of this kind, hence the emphasis on the importance of this project, both for the Justice Authority and for Synel.
“Synel’s solution has been chosen by the Argentinean National Justice Authority because of its ability to combine and integrate biometric terminal maintenance, attendance and hourly analysis AND WEB interface for managers – all in one single system” says Gabi Buganim, Synel’s President and CEO. “The system is cost effective, efficient, and eliminates the need and difficulties involved in integrating systems from different sources on various platforms. Synel had been chosen not only for its technologically innovative solutions but also for its reputation of customer support and service. Winning this tender opens new doors for us to enter government enterprises in the Southern continent” he added.
